The Passive / Defensive Styles:

Members interact with people in ways that will not threaten their own security.

The Aggressive / Defensive Styles:

Members approach tasks in forceful ways to protect their status and security:

  • Oppositional
  • Power
  • Competitive
  • Perfectionistic
