Leadership/Impact (L/I) is a 360º assessment tool designed for mid to senior managers in leadership positions. It is a powerful catalyst for improved personal and organisational performance.
Leadership Impact provides individual leaders with targeted feedback of their impact on others and how they personally are driving and shaping organisational culture. By comparing their actual leadership style with their desired style, practical strategies can be identified for increased leadership effectiveness and increased organisational effectiveness.
To maximise understanding and impact, L/I would normally be debriefed over at least two sessions. The report provides participants with a wealth of feedback and informs the preparation of a personal development plan. Leadership Impact incorporates the Circumplex model which is also used in organisational and team interventions.
